Confederations Cup

This starts tomorrow. I am really excited since, unlike a lot of you, I am big on international football. Some good teams in this: Spain, Brazil, and Italy. Then you got the never easy Mexico and Uruguay.

I hate that Uruguay is in this since this will more than likely get them back into form for the Conmebol qualifiers.

I too love international competitions. Im going to follow Brazil closely since Tottenham seem to be in on a few of their players (Bernard, Paulinho, Damiao).

I predict a Euro final rematch for the finals again, if they dont get matched up earlier along the way.

The chances are about as good as San Marino actually winning a game in a qualifying match. (Heck even a friendly match)

tahiti has like 5 players from same family on their roster

i can't imagine italians getting up for this one, brazil will probably go at it hardest with lot of people at home doubting them. second team is always a surprise, i think nigeria makes it.

Despite their recent poor form, I still believe that Mexico will do good in this tournament. I think they make the final. If it is vs Brazil, Mexico will be champions, if not, runners up and Chepo keeps his job and miss the WC

I'd be happy to see Japan. They've been building a nice team.

Italy is in poor form. An awful performance in a scoreless draw vs Czech followed by a 2-2 friendly draw with Haiti
leading up to Euro, they got spanked by Russia 3-0, and lost every other friendly before that..including losing to USA. For this reason, I don't doubt that they will do well this tournament lol

they won't win because their forwards are the weakest they've been in a long time. It's all up to Super Mario

I think he was just a late injury replacement for Damiao who isn't really a great choice himself. Pato finding back his form would probably be ideal.

he is getting old but i would give luis fabiano a shot if he is in good shape, in terms of pure scoring he is as good as anybody brazil produced since ronaldo.
