Help! trying to buy a World Cup ticket

Off of Ebay or another 2nd hand site. Because apparently my bank doesnt allow purcahses outside of the USA so I couldnt buy tickets the other day when they were available on fifa.com
The question i have is if i buy off ebay will i get screwed and not allowed in the stadium since i think fifa prints the buyers name on the ticket. But there is no other way I could get a ticket since like i said my bank didnt allow me to buy from fifa.com
any tips or advice would be appreciated. thank you
