The biggest/most shocking blowouts ever?

1. Barcelona - Real Madrid 5-0(2010)
2. Brazil - Germany 1-7(2014)
3. Bayern - Barcelona 4-0(2013)
4. Real Madrid - Barcelona 2-6(2009)
5. Germany - England 1-5(2001)
Australia - American Samoa 31-0 or Germany - Saudi Arabia 8-0 is not that big for me. It has to be 2 great teams imo.
Do you agree?

Canada suffers humiliating 8-1 defeat to end World Cup hopesCanada's World Cup dreams were snuffed out in brutal fashion Tuesday as Honduras put them to the sword 8-1 in a do-or-die qualifying match.
It's a bitter pill to swallow for a Canadian team that went into the match with its fate in its own hands and the unswerving belief that it deserved to move on. That is until Tuesday, when the wheels came off the Canadian bus in a shocking display.
Canada entered the hostile confines of a soldout Estadio Olimpico Metropolitano knowing that a tie or win would be enough to move on to the final round of qualifying in the CONCACAF region, which covers North and Central America and the Caribbean. The Hondurans, looking to please their fans on an extended national holiday, needed a win.
Asked if the moment had got to his team, Canadian coach Stephen Hart offered a one-word answer — "Yes.
"You're supposed to go down all guns blazing, you're supposed to fight," he added. "You're supposed to die out there.

That was a big one for me, a complete changing of the guard.
5. Germany - England 1-5(2001)
I moved to England in 2002, moved back to Australia in 2004 or thereabouts and up until I left you could still buy merchandise related to this game. Socks with "Germany 1 - England 5" on them, t-shirts, hats etc. It was on TV ads. This is a year-two years after it happened. Just insane.

I know it just happened, but it's hard not to argue that Germany's annihilation of Brazil was the most shocking.
It's more shocking when it's on the national level then the club level.

Barca 5-0 real wasn't shocking. It was a normal result

Our 2000 team didn't even get out of the group, that 1-5 wasn't really shocking.

HM: PSV - Feyenoord 10:0 (2010)

If squandering big leads count, GER-SWE 4:4 after a 4:0 lead is pretty historic.

The funny thing about that result was that we still made it to the world cup and while England, once again, got nowhere, we ended up making it to the final.

Ajax - Bayern Munchen 0-8.
Friendly game, special occasion, the goodbye of Johan Cruyff, lol.

That Feyenoord team sucked though. Still embarrassing.
it was more shocking when they lost 8-2 against Ajax in '83/'84, Cruyff's one year with Feyenoord (also had Gullit, and won the league)

Definitely this one ... Before the game, Barca were strong favorites to win it, since AC MIlan were without Van Basten, Baresi and Costacurta ...

Deportivo 4-0 Milan. Eliminating defending champions despite 3 goal deficit in the first leg is something else.

Honestly, that loss to England 2001 didn't feel that bad. Think the lads made more out of it as it was. Plus, it was a qualification game. Shocking stuff only happens during the tourneys.
Our loss 1998 against Croatia is much much bigger. (3:0) Davor Suker beat down.
Or the 2:0 loss against Denmark after winning the championship '90. Though that doesn't qualify as a blowout.

Germany winning 4-1, and 4-0 against England then Argentina in the 2010 tournament.
