For United's sake I hope the British billionaire who is a fan of the club buys them as opposed to some middle east country or american profiteer.

It's like, whats the goal?

My Raptors and the other teams owned by MLSE have muddled along until we got a leader in Tim Liewike that said we are going to win championships. That led to TFC winning, and bringing in Masai Ujiri to lead the Raps. Masai has made sure that ownership has invested into the ancilliary things around the org to make us top notch. Practice facility, 905 team, chefs, med staff, office staff... the whole org. And everything is geared towards winning. MLSE will always make money, cuz they're damn good at it. But winning brings more.

So yeah, hopefully someone that wants to win and continue to build the club to keep winning.

Rashford scored an awesome solo goal against Burnley last night, from 1:26.

So it's been literally years since I think United score a set piece goal like that. If I'm wrong ok, but we've been atrocious at corners for what seems at least three.

So it looks like the charges against Greenwood are being dropped? I never watched/heard the video(s). Club is saying they'll do their own due diligence.

Wild. I thought dude was bound for the clink.

dropped doesn't mean innocent. I think less than 1% of rapes actually end up in a conviction. The whole system is badly flawed. I saw the video clips and any team signing him deserves to be pilloried and abandoned. I don't think Man U will touch him and tbh I can't see any big team signing him. In the PL only someone like Forest would touch him, he'll probably end up abroad in Germany or if all else fails, Turkey.

Oh for sure, totally aware of this.

I saw the club statement announcing the charges being dropped but they totally we saying they haven't made a decision on things. And, it makes sense to not finalise anything until the legal process plays out. Now that's done. We'll see what happens next.

NGL feels great to finally win something in so long. No matter what people will say about the Carabao Cup, we still perservered and came out on top of a tournament, on top of the fact we've looked superb.

It's great to see Rashford not only back in form but looking unstoppable. I really soured on him and couldn't believe how hard he fell of last season, but he's more than righted the ship.

Also happy ETH has captured his first trophy in his first year. Major accomplishment.

Big match tomorrow at Anfield. Arsenal and City are 14 and 9 points above, but we have two games in hand. Just keep winning.

I'll revive this a little bit. Happy with Mount.

Still think we need to sell Martial, Donny, B Williams, Maguire, Tellez, Bailly and Henderson.

Keep Da Gea. Otherwise Onana

Sign a Striker, backup Striker and backup CB. Buy Sabitzer for cheap.

........................................................................
Rashford/Garnacho
Striker/Striker
Antony/Sancho

Mount/Fred
Casemiro/Mctominay
Bruno/Erikson

Shaw/Malacia
Varane/Lindelof
Martinez/CB
Dalot/Wan Bissaka

De Gea/Heaton

Yeah, we need a Striker in the worst way. And I'm really interested to see how Sancho performs with one.
Antony needs to learn how to hit the freaking net, he doesn't get anywhere near enough shots on target but I do like him. Interested to see what happens with Greenwood. If he does stay, I imagine he'd go out on loan for a season. That's not saying I want him to stay...

And we need that left-footed backup CB so bad so we can keep Shaw out wide. We're so much more dangerous with him at LB.

All those dudes need to be sold. Buh bye. Never seen a softer dude than Martial and he's still always hurt. Shies away from all contact and still never plays. Maguire makes everything soooooo slow. The tempo just dies when he's in the game. I like Bailly, but always hurt.

You do need to sell a few players and I'm surprised you didn't get on with it immediately. I think it's going to be harder to get those high wage earners of the squad now, which means you won't have space for new players.

The more I think about Mount the more I fail to understand ManU. I undertsand their looking at him, but to make him their priority is weird and then to pay so much for him even more weird. They could have waited and got him for half the price. He's very similar to KDH (but I like KDH) and no-one is going to offer so much for him.

Still at least they got the man they wanted. Ten Hag can have no complaints.

I think United would be very fortunate to get 30m for Henderson, and my guess is Fred goes for a bit less than that too.

Otherwise, seems like a fairly realistic assessment of the squad. Have United been linked to Amrabat? In my opinion, the club will sign a centre-back, possibly Axel Disasi if Newcastle don't snatch him first. When Martinez and Varane went down with injuries last season, the club was relying on Maguire and Lindelof who aren't up to it for a club of United's level, so they need someone of higher quality who can rotate in.

The best outgoing would be the Glazers. They're trying to milk every last penny out of the sale of the club and drawing the whole process out.

You could be right as I'm not following the prem as tightly this year but it sounds optimistic to me. I read also that Man U have FFP problems and are therefre unlikely to be spending much more than they receive.

Well if they make the corresponding moves, I would call that a perfect off-season. I know they like to drag things out but hoping it is for good faith.

I think Hendo will move for 20M, 30M for McTominay and and 25M for Maguire.
Think Fred stays.
Seeing Alaba's name kicked around, would be a good guy to slot in as a backup for a few positions if he is still any good.

But both better value than an ancient Henderson for 20M

Manchester United are trying to offload one of their keepers -- Dean Henderson. He's 26 years old.
