Recent form, i would think. We don't want people drafting Ronaldinho 3rd overall.

pre-injury form (4-6 months before) seems reasonable

I like the idea of evaluating guys at their peak of last season (unless they were injured all year ala Falcao), including the World Cup.

Can't complain about 10. I'll be right in the middle of every round.

Also, how long before we skip someone's pick?

It worked well when we would PM someone (a mod?) the pick if they couldn't make it to speed things up.
