btw maybe we can do additional 2 rounds of 2 picks each like last time so we can draft 4 subs in relatively short time. Don't have to have subs but I guess it might make sense if we are going to do head-to-head.

Recent form, i would think. We don't want people drafting Ronaldinho 3rd overall.

Also have to establish how players with long term injuries are evaluated.

pre-injury form (4-6 months before) seems reasonable

I like the idea of evaluating guys at their peak of last season (unless they were injured all year ala Falcao), including the World Cup.

Can't complain about 10. I'll be right in the middle of every round.

Also, how long before we skip someone's pick?

It worked well when we would PM someone (a mod?) the pick if they couldn't make it to speed things up.

No.19?! really? I guess it's too late to object but going from fifth on the list to No.19 sucks.

oh well, at least the list is in reverse order during the 2nd round.
