Use this11.com for drawing your football tactics

Defense is pretty solid. Baines and Ivanovic are the best full backs in EPL.

De Rossi-Schweini are box to box.

Oscar is closer to the midfield, however is being used as a winger. Firmino is the advanced playmaker and shadow striker right next to Icardi. Bale is the superstar and a bit closer to the goal with Icardi. Since Baines can definitely be able to fulfill the needs on the left wing by himself, it will give Bale more freedom. However, when we are leading, Bale will help Baines.

We also have Demba Ba, Guarin and Subotic on the bench.

Turco+DD12 and magik's teams look most balanced. I love every one of Capitano's midfield players, but there's very little width.

Rojo is my lone significant gripe with Capitano's side. Pisczek will blast forward enough to support the attack. Which, with Cavani and Bacca both being comfortable drifting wide, and Isco in a free role, would give them width on the right. But Rojo isn't going to get forward enough on the left so Capitano's attacks are going to need to be focused through the middle and the right; which will let teams play narrower against him to take space away from that excellent midfield.

Not a fan of Howedes either, but he's alright and can do the job he'll be asked to do in this side; whereas I just don't think Rojo has the pace and attacking prowess to achieve what is need of him down the left.

I can also play 4-2-3-1/4-3-3 with two of Koke/Candreva/Konoplyanka as the wingers with Cavani as a lone striker and Bacca of the bench and Pogba, Vidal and Isco in the middle...

I agree that Rojo will be more defensive minded with Piszczek going up and down with narrow midfield, something that Juventus did with Lichtsteiner and Evra. In that case Pogba will be given more attacking freedom on the left side, cutting inside and delivering crosses, through balls and long shots with Rojo watching his back.

Vidal is the ultimate pitbull covering each blade of grass in attack and defense just as he did with Juve and Chile in Copa America. He's the most complete midfielder in the world IMO.

Also on defense I have a phisically very potent side with Cavani, Pogba, Vidal, Koke all helping the defense with their space covering.

An upset: Zouma and Rooney proved to be very effective. Neuer basically stopped everything, including some shots from Robben I was sure would go in.

4-2, TheWire

2-2

Btw, I think Neuer's crazy stats in this game are skewing things a bit. Some point blank shots just dont go in with him on the team
