simeone is a transcendental coach. Phil needs to make a call

The thing is, these coaches, usually have a short life span. They last one or two seasons at a club. Players get burned out and don't respond to the coach after one or two years because so much of what they do is about emotion and sacrifice. To have the longevity that he has is pretty amazing. Especially because he is at Atletico and can't compete with the same weapons as Real or Barça. So the only way they can really win is by being more intense and working harder than these teams. To knock Barcelona out of the Champions League in two out of the last three season is just a great achievement and very hard to find many teams of Atletico's size who have done something similar in the past.

The regular changes actually play to a coach like this's strengths, just like Klopp was able to thrive in the face of big departures, it gave them something to rally the team around and kept introducing enough new faces to avoid that burn out.

Great effort from start to finish by AM.... got scary a bit towards the end but that PK/goal gave life for just a little more.

Has Barca been figured out? tough to say....

They've just run MSN into the ground by refusing to rotate them anywhere near enough.

good point....

they've certainly rotated their goalie enough times....(in comparison)

I must disappoint you. There's a well known policy to never date Turks because it will only lead to all sorts of problems with their family.

Some Turkish girls are real cute but you just don't wanna deal with their families. Even Massimo himself admitted so already.

Lmao. One of my best friends is Turkish and this is so true. Even Massi would agree I'm sure.

No_20 and Mass would make a cute couple though.

Turkish girls and religious turkish families honestly can go to hell. Forza Russian and Scandinavian!

Once I dated German, I was about to kill her before I dumped her. Never again. Spanish are good to bang but they are not pretty at all. French is no no. Actually i had one Romanian she was very cute and good girl.

But again forza ussr and scandinavian.

No, Scandinavian girls are annoying as hell.

German girls are dull yes, but it depends where they are from. The Southern ones are better than Northern and Berliner.

Czech and Slovaks are quality. Intelligent and fit.

Yeah unfortunately I agree. A lot of German girls are very boring.

Polish girls are among my favourites

Didn't watch the game since I was in school, but thats a tough loss. Hopefully we come back strong next year with a better back line.

Bayern is definitely the favorite to win it all. If Atleti faces Real in the semis, I think they can definitely win and make it to the finals.

Bayern favourite? I dont think so they havent been all that convincing in recent weeks. I'd say odds are even between Atletico, Real and Bayern with City a bit behind.

Citeh is a meltdown away from exiting. Anything can happen though. Real has been getting better but still have weaknesses that Atleti Nd bayern can take advantage of. Bayern although not amazing have been the most consistent so far.

Farza peaked too early. They are falling apart. The lack of rotation didn't help

I find it damn near impossible to think or imagine any team other than Bayern will win this. At the same time, I woulda bet on Barca repeating so wtf do I know
