He needs to do more to separate himself from Kieran Gibbs in his own team before he's considered for second World XI standard

I think the rest is fairly solid, though.

I like your first team. Would put pogba in for vital. Also would find a other right back then alves, because doesnt defend anymore. Second team for sure not monreal, i am big arsenal supporter but thats tooo much. Would put in marcelo. I like matuidi but i dont watch enough of him to judge him. Godin could even be in the first team for me! Other then that its solid, but no way monreal is the second best left back in the world!

Is this the World XI now or last season? The World XI in my opinion should have been

Neuer; Alves, Chiellini, Boateng, Alaba; Busquets, Pogba; Neymar, Messi, Ronaldo; Suarez

or if it has to be a 4-3-3
Neuer; Alves, Chiellini, Boateng, Alaba; Busquets, Pogba, Iniesta; Messi, Ronaldo, Neymar

Suarez's chances was hurt with him missing 4 months no matter how good he was especially against Messi, Neymar and Suarez.

He's way better than Kieran tbh and he's been first choice for almost a year now tbh , I don't think he's 2nd world XI caliber but he's become pretty damn good and sadly no one really sees it tbh. Hope he can make del bosque's spain team again, I don't think there's been a better LB in the EPL this season.
