Sporting director Max Eberl also stated that we won't sign Breel Emobolo, because he's too expensive and most likely going to sign with newly promoted RB Leipzig.

We'll probably announce Vestergaard and Doucoure soon as well, while Eberl also hinted at us signing at least another talented CM.

Does that mean Christensen will not be bought or even return to Chelsea sooner than 2017?

Dominguez, Elvedi, Christensen, Fehlergaard, Doucoure and Jantschke seems like way too much. And that's not even counting Schulz.

Why should that have anything to do with Christensen?
He's staying with us(we've already denied the Danish FA his services for the Olympics) and might even be signed later on.

I'm also not sure how six guys for possibly three positions are too much, especially playing EL/CL as well.
On top of that, Dominguez had back surgery and hasn't played for nine months while his contract will be up in 2017.
Doucoure is 18 years old and hasn't played a single game at the pro level so far.
And Elvedi could also play at RB or LB, while Jantschke can also play RB and still needs to get used to Schubert's style of play.

Well, still its 6 (7 if you count Schulz) CBs. That's a lot unless Doucoure will play for the second team in his first season.

Schulz will most likely be loaned(Düsseldorf) but you could also count Strobl, given that he can play that position as well. :P

Anyways, it's about competition and those younger guys tend to need some time to adjust.

Nah, you're wrong.
Last season was the first in a long time with all those injuries.
We hardly had any injuries the seasons before.

Rest in peace, Sascha Lewandowski. Terrible news.

The league has it's new tv deal, starting with the 2017/18 season.

The games will be broadcasted by Sky and Eurosport.
Eurosport got the small package including the games on Friday and five games that are either on Sunday at 01:30 p.m. CET or Monday evening.
Sky will broadcast the rest.
Perform will have the internet rights and will be able to showcase the highlights of the games about 40 minutes after they're finished.
Amazon will broadcast on radio.

It looks a bit like a couple too many parties being included, but given that Eurosport is also included in different Sky packages, it shouldn't change that much for viewers.

The deal will also generate €4.4 Billion over four years which is nowhere near what the Premier League gets but still nearly twice as much as the league makes from the current deal.

Jannik Vestergaard has signed for five years with Borussia Mönchengladbach.
Transfer fee is said to be about €12M.

I thought german teams don't pay much for transfers. 12-15 millions are all over.

Probably.
Though, Bremen will now have to pay something extra for the guy they want, given that the other team knows they've got money.

Rangnick collecting strikers like others collect panini pictures.

Buying Timo Werner for 10 mil. and Embolo is next on the list...while they could certainly use upgrades for the midfield more than another striker.

Embolo's not going to happen, with Mourinho and Manchester United now involved.
I think they also stated that there's no chance of that happening anymore.

Looks like Kruse has handed in a transfer request. Would love to see us make a move for him as a replacement for Huntelaar.

well, i am really somewhat confused by the transfers for bvb right now. seemingly we're building the best u19 team of the world plus 3-4 left defenders. can anyone explain to me why we would want guerreiro when we already have schmelzer, durm and park for that position?

with hummels and gündogan leaving i am really waiting for a big transfer.
too many urkels on your team, that's why your wins low

They want Guerreiro at that position because Tuchel likes to play possession based football and neither of the guys you've mentioned are good at that.
Park will be gone anyways, no one knows what position is actually Durm's best and Schmelzer's just pretty bad offensively and hardly ever crosses the ball to a teammate.

That big transfer might be Mkhitaryan who want's to leave and sign for Manchester United. :P

BTW: Branimir Hrgota from Gladbach to Frankfurt on a free transfer.
