Benz does well on keeping that chance alive...

what a difference a goal makes in these circumstances? from Aleti neeeding 1 more to now 3 if i'm correct.

Isco making a difference, staying active.

Surprised he was able to make it out while that surrounded- don't think Juve would give him that much space.
As it stands, Atleti need 5 on aggregate (3 more, as you said) to progress.
Isco is doing well. Thought he could have done better on that chance where Ronaldo teed him up and he only had Oblak to beat.

The amount of fouls in this match is staggering. Proper derby stuff. Passionate, but I feel like a red is coming.

For me the UCL has become too boring and predictable. Basically the same thing every year, the money teams get the furthest, 5-6 teams in contention with a random team thrown in for a laugh.

Champions League is such a dull competition. Real Madrid, again. Who bleeding cares. Just like the world cup, you don't even need to watch. So predictable.

the sides with the most quality progress, because of said quality- what's the beef lol? Salt is one thing but being annoyed there's always a Spanish side involved is silly when you look at the prowess of Spanish teams and the fact that the two best players in football lead the two best teams in Spain. Would it have been nice for neutrals if Monaco or Atleti made the final? Sure, but they didn't have the players for it, simple as.

Some of us would prefer a certain English side instead . It would also be nice for once to have a different set of teams. Not all of us are Ronaldo fanboys.

The english teams need to get better..... That's not Spain's fault, wasn't Man City in the final four last year? other than than, they barely break into the final 8...

look at Bayern, anyone complaining how dominant they are every year? lol

Is it Barca's fault(refs aside lol) PSG choked their win away?

Atletico Madrid has had three years of good to great campaigns, beat all the other european teams including Barcelona. Real, for some reason, has their #....

There's definitely a drop in interest or chatter when there's a Spanish team in the final 4 or final......
