It’s baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaack: The 2016 RealGM Soccer Board Draft

Since this has been very popular the past few summers, and with the Euro Championship Final coming up next Sunday (and since only a handful of people on the board actually care about Olympic soccer),
I bring you the 2016 RealGM Soccer Board Draft!Details stolen from Foye’s post last year:

What will we do?
A snake style draft of soccer players with ideally at least 16 participants. Whoever picked first in round 1, will pick last in round two and first again in round 3. Round 1 will be determined by a randomized lottery.
The draft will feature at least 11 rounds, maybe 12 or 13 to select a couple reserves (and maybe a coach).
What happens when the draft is done?
We'll draw random groups (CL style) and vote which teams would probably advance. After the group stages are done, the winners will go into the knockout stage, again CL style.
Who is available to pick?
Every player around the world. You may prefer selecting those from the major European leagues, though, since hardly anyone here is familiar with the Australian league or whatever.
When will we start?
Once we have enough participants. Everyone will receive a message before we are about to start.
In case there are any ,more questions just ask. If you want to participate, a short post here with: "I'm in." will do it.
We will also need 3 impartial judges.

The 16 GM's get to vote on the judges? Or the mods (Baph, Oz, and I) can pick? I think it's something we'll have to figure out once all the GM spots are filled.

Also. Can we get the turks under control? Last year they accused the judges of being biased and then accused Truth of cheating. It was a mess at the end. We'll need a superintendent to control everything so it does not get out of hand

Massimo's banned (again), so I doubt we'll see any accusations of that nature flying around this year. If anyone has any questions about that, they're welcome to PM me, but I don't want to derail this thread with the details.
I can't speak for kdawg but we need competitors more than judges for the time being, so I think we should put you down as a participator for now.
