To be fair, I don't see how Leverkusen or Gladbach would've been better for Germany here.

And you gotta respect Korkut. I don't think anyone expected that (I sure didn't), but he completely changed Stuttgart's season.

Um, we actually get out of group stages and stuff.
But yeah, we've got Dieter Hecking running the show and our medical staff is insanly crappy, which results in at least eight guys being out all the time.

Anyways, it was a fitting end to the season in Hamburg.
HSV trying but being to late and us just not doing anything if an opponent does pressure as a bit.

BTW: Now I'm not sure what to make of the cup final.
Actually wouldn't mind Frankfurt winning it and sending Leipzig into EL qualification, which now starts in the 2nd round(end of July) for Bundesliga teams.
Though, if Bayern wins it I'm not sure Stuttgart will make it through the qualifying rounds and if they do, I'm not sure it's going to be good for their Bundesliga campaign next year.

Arnold actually said it feels weird they have to play 2 extra games after that performance against Cologne. He said it with a straight face. Like he doesn't understand how stupid he sounds.

Wonder how they feel about that in Kiel?

Good god, I wish we wouldn't have the relegation playoffs. Kiel derserves the BL, Wolfsburg does not.

Well it seems like it's going to end like it always does with those relegation games between the 1st and 2nd Bundesliga sides.
The 2nd Bundesliga side(this time around it's Kiel) has chances in the first game, isn't effective enough and loses the first game.
This time around it's 3-1 to Wolfsburg.

I'm pretty sure Wolfsburg will now score a goal in the first half at Kiel and basically end that tie.

Also, Karlsruhe and Aue did play today(2nd/3rd division playoffs) and it ended with a 0-0 draw.

BTW: Gladbach just signed their first new player today and like always it a was a young guy. This time around it's Keanan Bennetts(19/LW-LB) from Tottenham Hotspur.

Congratz to Frankfurt.

Also sending Leipzig to EL-qualification and six matches to try and qualify for it is a nice thing.

Gonna have to create a new thread now...

Yeah, they can thank the DFL again for rewarding them for doing absolutely nothing right.

True. I’m not going to complain about this as long as we are in the Bundesliga, though. Feel in the upcoming years we might need this cheatcode to remain in the league, too.

Anyway, they should expand to 20 —> more teams —> more games —> more money for tv deal & traditional clubs stay in league/clubs like Kiel are promoted
