Also, great win for the matchweek in a vacuum with everyone outside of Pool losing.

Mostly, though we did lose that one to Wet Spam in the cup.

We also scored first in the draw with Southampton. Scored second as well :P

Crazy run of fixtures coming up. Away to Pool at the weekend. FA Cup midweek, Arsenal that weekend and Juventus the following Tuesday.

I think with Newport we'll have to make some serious concessions. I know we played Harry last time, but I'd rather us get him some rest and play a more defensive formation given we'll be at Wembley and can likely break Newport while still defending in numbers. The Arsenal/Juventus turn will be rough...especially since it's in italy. Any idea how we'll handle squad rotation?

Spurs deserved a point because they were excellent in the second half but too many refs vying for the Howard Webb role lol

Ref tried hard, but the Spurs still only drew. Still Liverpool shouldn't have played like that in the second half especially how awful their defence is.

i thought both were legit and ive seen it explained why both were legit. draw is probably fair though. Spurs win if Kane makes the pen, Pool looked deflated the whole second half just playing a 2-8 lump ball formation to Salah.

The first was iffy b/c of the offside (maybe) but Karius def hits his foot. The second was stonewall, Lamela gets in a position to trap the ball and VVD kicks him. Sure he was going for the ball initially, but its more of Lamela's awareness to get into a good position.

By far the greatest league. LOL at Liverpool fans hacking Dele Alli's Icloud and leaking those photos.

Dele just slipped on that play. He kicked it while on the ground after falling and it was a clear hand ball by Robertson. Should've been a pen imo. 8-)

I hate this man so much lol. LOL at Poch's comments though.

These are the type of games that use to kill me but I can't be arsed after we sold Coutinho and then invited him back last week for a going away party lol.

Has Klopp finished his sprint yet? That guy is going full-Mourinho in the hypocrisy and showmanship departments.

Poch just did a complete 180 on diving lol. The moment people start realizing all managers lie and talk nonsense the better for everyone.

And I love the celebrations. Especially when it's genuine.

Very fair point on Poch's diving comments. Alli's diving is shameful and unacceptable. I would prefer to strive for nonsense from no one rather than accepting it from everyone. I can overlook Klopp's celebrations, I can overlook his hypocrisy on transfer fees, but his comments after the match regarding the assistant referee were inaccurate and incendiary. He really needs to take a good, long look at the way he comports himself.

By the way, one aspect of that match that hasn't been discussed for some reason was Vertonghen and Lloris' defending on Salah's second goal. That was shockingly poor stuff.

That was atrocious. If happened to Juve, Allegri would resign before the match ended.
