Official PSG Thread

According to Barcelona's medias, there is 95% chances to see Neymar playing for PSG next year !
Alexis Sanchez is now in Paris to negociate his contract for PSG, then they'll see with Arsenal ! Wenger doesnt wanna sell him but he just has 1 yr contract more, so if it's not now, they'll have no money in return next year.
With the acquisition of Daniel Alves and Berchiche, paris has now a tremendous starting lineup + a huge bench, even if a few of bench's player will leave soon !

--------------------------------------------Trapp (or Areola)-------------------------------------------
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Daniel Alves------------Marquinhos------------------------Thiago Silva----------------Kurzawa
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-------------------------Motta (or Rabiot)------------------Verratti---------------------------------
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Di Maria (or Draxler)-----------------------------------------------------------------------Neymar
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------Sanchez-------------Cavani---------------------------------------

Bench : Meunier, Kimpembe, Berchiche, Pastore, Lucas, Matuidi (prob leave for Juventus), Lo Celso, Guedes, Ben Arfa (pro leave),, Krychowiac (prob leaving for Valencia) !

Def the favourite team for the Champion's if this happens !!!

What do you mean (or draxler)? In my opinion, he is a good player.

WHAT ?? how many times you watched PSG games last year ?? You just got rid off Cavani, who just scored the most goal in Europe last year ?? Great teams have a very good bench ! Ask Bale and Moratta who spend their time in the bench, entering at the 60th min ... result is Madrid won the Champions !
Concurency is the answer of all the prob ! Ego needs to go away and all be focused on writing history at Paris : BRING THE CHAMPION'S TROPHY IN PARIS !!
Cavani will always be the starting forward in Paris, there is no killer like him in this team !
The great thing with PSG is you can adapt your system to any team you play !

I live near Bordeaux and even though French footballers are great, the young talent is there and France is a wonderful country to live in, the league is rubbish. PSG have so much money that last year's competitivity was a surprise and the fatc PSG didn't win was very funny - especially when teamed with their CL failure.

If their signings return the ligue to a 1 horse race interest will die down again and the young players in other teams (like Monaco) will either move to PSG or to England.

Having only one Parisien team is a disaster for the national league.

About 0 games, not counting UEFA.

If Alex can score 24 goals in English league, then how many can he score in French league? Look what Balotelli has done in French league.

Yes, what Balo did in the french league ? except scoring against **** team, he didnt do anything ! just dont read football through stats ! Seri, Cyprien and the whole midfield was playing for him, plus he scored penaltys too ! 28 games for 17 goals (4 penaltys)
L1 is about defense, so you have less space in the defense than you have in the premier league !
Watch Cavani's defensive efforts when he doesn't have the ball, he does way more than any offensive player in the world !
Cavani is far better in the finition than Alexis, while Alexis is playing lower in the field, he wants to touch the ball, participate to establish the off effort !
Cavani and Alexis are completely different players, thats why they are perfect together : Cavani swallows the space when Alexis would be in heaven giving him assists !
Don't judge a player because you watched 5 games in the year ! Cavani played 50 games and scored 50 times last year ... what else do you want ???

How did N'Golo Kanté became a player he is today? Didn't Chelsea chose to buy him because of his stats?

Chelsea chose him because they watched him play ! You havent seen any Cavani's games or Balotelli's games ! So Chelsea made a great choice because they knew, you, you watch nothing and you talk about something you don't know.

Why do you think Livepool want Naby Keita? Maybe, it's because of his stats.

I can not believe a very smart coach like Klopp would take a player because of his stats ! He had to see him play before.
The position who plays Keita is the most important position in football, so a club like liverpool who didnt win any big titles since long time would invest $70M on a simple stats.
Stats are important, but put Kante is a **** team, it wont necesseraly make the team a winning team ! It's all about chemistry and the mindset.
But to be honest, i dont watch a lot of Bundesliga and never watched any of Keita's game, so i cant say much about this guy. We'll see

Me neither. I usually spend time reading the news and looking at the stats. The only games I watch is UEFA playoffs :D
