How can Barcelona report PSG for over spending and ignore other teams?

How much have Manchester City payed for players this summer? It's over 200M, right? Well, PSG is probably going to do the same thing but with only 1 player (Neymar). 200M went out from one team and 200M went out from a different team. So, in the end it does not make any difference. Right? If so, then how can Barcelona report PSG for over spending and not report Manchester city for over spending.

Barca are just being cry babies. They are used to poaching the good talent from other teams, and not accustomed to having it done to them. What will be ironic is if they try to force a move for Coutinho when LP clearly said he is not for sale. But I'm not really sure they ever really wanted PC other than to make Neymar happy.

BTW City did do some selling (not a lot) to offset the buying. Also as long as you earn the money you can spend it. Who knows what the books show at City.

They sure did. I didn't see the DEPARTURES. Looks like they sold 35M

To be fair, the english top teams earn a lot more than Psg that uses a fake sponsor to push their finance revenue to be competitive, so the comparison is not really accurate.
Psg real revenue are around 150-200M while big5 EPL teams earns around 500-750M.

But in this particular case they are just a bunch a crybabies.
