Not feasible.
What would happen to the national leagues?

Anyway there is the champions league for that purpose already.

The national leagues can stay. Who ever wins will join the united leagues which can have from 3 to 4 pyramid leagues. The loser of the 4th league can go back to national league or to the play off and play with the champion of the nation and who ever wins goes back to 4th league. That's just one way of doing it. They could have even 12 pyramid leagues.

Only if its rightly done ( not closed) with promotion and relegation.

Ymo
Teams on the european divisions do NOT play in their national leagues ( they can have a b team there tough)

1st european división 22 teams 4 get relegated
2nd european división 2 groups of 24 teams bottom 3 of each división get kicked down top 2 of each group gets promoted.
3rd european división 2 groups of 24 teams bottom 3 of each división get kicked down to NATIONAL level top 3 of each división gets promoted.

National level, league runs augusto to May, then in may and June the CHAMPION of each country enters a Playoff system with one or two knock out rounds to get to a 6 groups of 4 teams situation, winner of each group gets promoted to european thir división.

it will never happen tough.

Real Madrid would never accept.

It would basically eliminate " luck" and "hot ballots" from the equation , it would be ruinous to have to bribe 38 refs :p

Europe should be one big federal state country.
United States of Europe, most powerful economy in the world ( counting Russia as part of europe).

Where are you from Hellcrooner ??
If I follow your statement why not create the United States of the world ! But you know what, the U.S may not accept because "people is stubborn and chauvinistic".

Can you see the world not only as an economic market and power ??

This would make champions league irrelevant and it would probably take a lot of paperwork and bribes in order to push through

IE: not likely to happen

One of the reasons CL is so exciting is because the clubs dont play each other very often (usually).

Not to mention, the sponsors of the various leagues (Barclay's, Santander, Conforama, TIM, etc) would never let this happen

They paid a certain amount of money wth the expectation of having the Man U's and Real's and Barca's of the world wearing their name on the shirt. Removing them to form a separate league would be bad business at best, and possibly illegal at worst.

Not that FIFA has been a bastion of legality of anything

This would only be exciting the first few seasons. After that it just becomes the norm, and I think you'll see the same set of teams consistently at the top. So over time it becomes less of a "super" league as it becomes apparent all these teams are not in the same tier. CL is good enough for me.

plastic foreign fans with no football tradition and history would love it.

For all I care they can **** off and have one and leave the national leagues to real football teams.
I remember when the Dolphins were perennial contenders

A big resounding "no" for me.

CL is fine as it is, for that level of competition.

I've never moved clubs around in FIFA (video game), but I am looking forward to creating an ultimate type league from around the world this year.

I have no idea why Gremio isn't coming to play Sporting KC. Or Toluca... or Deportivo Cali.

Or better yet why not teams from all over the world entering. I'd like to see MLS joining up with clubs in the Americas to play in the spring. I'd like to see a world wide tournament in the fall.

Maybe Cruz Azul goes up against Aberdeen or something crazy.

I'm getting that list together for FIFA 18. Speaking of Gremio... I'm targeting Luan for sure.

Man City
Man United
Chelsea
Spurs
Liverpool
Arsenal
Monaco
Roma
Atletico Madrid
Real Madrid
FC Porto
SL Benfica
BV Borussia Dortmund
CSKA Moscow
Celtic
AFC Ajax
Club America
LA Galaxy
Boca Juniors
Cruzeiro

I would like Uefa Champions League to have the same system they had in the early 00's.
The last 16 teams were in a mini-league, 4 teams 4 groups, with multiple high-level games with the best teams in Europe. Right now, the qualification from September to December sucks, big teams all go all the way to 1/8's except big surprises like this year Atletico Madrid etc..

Too many games, add another 4 games in european football schedule is almost impossible.

Back to the topic, European League is a stupid idea.
