I see Brazil as the biggest favourite to win the World Cup.

Costa Rica vs Serbia was really bad. Serbia still deserve this win, though.

Brazil punished for being passive. Time to start playing again.

Neymar's footprint on a game is so incredibly small as somebody who is considered a top 3 player in the world. Imagine Zidane in the world cup being this futile. Would never happen.

I'm a soccer noob and know very little about the sport. I do enjoy the WC however.

From my point of view, it seems that Neymar is all about showboating. He doesn't take the game very seriously. Is this a correct perception or am I way off base?

Brazil is going to lose 7-1 again at some point this tournament.

I mean, he's on the world's biggest stage and just laid an egg, it's tough to argue that stance right now. His biggest mark on the game will be the vision of him dancing over the ball (never once beat his man in doing so) and laying on the ground. This was a very sorry performance from Brazil as a whole. Super disappointed.

That was a pretty terrible performance in the second half by Neymar and Brazil.

Brazil looked very very passive and not really taking things serious.

Neymar was getting mauled all game long. Tough to do anything when they're going to knock your ass on the ground any time you get a chance. It's been 20 years since anyone was fouled as many times as Neymar was today. I'm far from a Neymar fan, but I wouldn't necessarily classify this game as him "laying an egg" so much as I would credit the Swiss for completely eliminating him from it.

A called foul turns into an advantage for Brazil. He should have capitalized on those. He didn't.
