First fixtures today. I like our chances, so far no one really impressed me.

Belgium should be fine.

I want to be hopeful for this England team too but... y'know, it's England. Even with the other top teams not really impressing, I'm not even confident we'll beat Tunisia.

My predictions have been a kiss of death in this tournament, though. I've inherited the powers of Mr. Grant Hill and No_20 combined.

My main takeaway from this is that, while the result was expected, Panama aren't as bad as people were expecting them to be

I wouldn't call it atrocious. They were undone a few times by a pretty good Belgian team, especially when they tired in the second half. I'm not sure the second goal wasn't offside btw.

After watching Germany vs Mexico, I can see how much England has respect for their opponent.
