I don't remember the scene exactly...but wasn't Ramos dragging other guys jersey, too? I might be thinking about the wrong scene here but thought it was far from a clear penalty...could've very well been offensive foul, too

Russia had 4 defenders within 2-3 feet of Kramaric and yet failed to mark him properly. Cercesov is going bonkers on sideline.

Terrible communication. Two defenders sunk into Mandzukic and the other two floated off to whoever was coming in from the edge of the box, Rebic?. Really shouldn’t have been that easy with numbers but give Croatia credit for executing.
