This kicked off on the 7th. Favourites are the hosts France and the USA.
Just watched England scrape past Scotland 2-1 in a fairly insipid performance.

Honestly, 13-0 is kinda gross
I saw the 13-0 score and thought. Wow. That’s kinda disprespectful. It’s the group round.
Then I saw the celebrations? Just nasty...
Then all the Twitter nonsense from the feminists saying, “people wouldn’t care if men do it”
Just a bad look
It’s 3-0 at halftim, so they keep pushing. Then it’s 7-0 in a quick spurt. And they put 6 more goals in acting like they just scored the winning goal in stoppage time in the final every time.
Just a bad look.

Yeah, you can't help but feel bad for Thailand. There should be a mercy rule put in place.

Yeah, that was a strange one.
The penalty for Brazil was a joke and that third goal for Australia shouldn't have counted because Kerr was clearly offside and the ball was hit directly towards her.
Overall, the refs are a total joke and just horrific.

Just a comment on today's match. Endler deserves a lot of praise. Could've been like 10-0 USA if it wasn't for her.

This England vs. Cameroon game has been absolutely shambolic. Referee lost control in the first half, so much dissent and nasty challenges flying around after a lot of VAR drama. Not a good advertisement for the women's game. England go through 3-0 nonetheless.
Seriously, anyone who sees this post and hasn't seen anything from this game, watch the highlights. I've never seen anything quite like it.

Cameroon should've been sent home when they wanted to stop playing. What is this, kindergarten?
With that being said, they need professional refs for this. This is ridiculous.

To be fair it was poor by the sideline ref to waive the flag. Not saying it has in this case (it hasn't) but it might distract the defenders to stop playing.
So whenever you aren't sure as a sideline ref...just leave the flag down.

anyway, that dive job for the 2nd penalty was pathetic.
