Tie over , ref killed it. But City going deep in this may be an edge for us in the league.

I don’t care when a plastic club like Leipzig is screwed but this ref is clearly bought.

Ederson torpedizing Laimer…foul against Leipzig.

Should have been a red card. He didn't get the ball, was the last man, tackled the striker.

Haaland also clipped the goalkeeper in the buildup to the 2nd goal.

Pressing display by both sides is great though.

I'm praying City go out because I enjoy their floundering in Europe, but also for the reason you stated, inversely. Pep **** around with the team so much in the league.

some odd weird rotations coming up!! Fa Cup , League , and CL in a jammed April. We need them to slip up once or twice to give us a cushion for Anfield , Etihad , and St James

Lots of Madrid fans feel like the cl ko draws this year and last were drawn up for city to make the final. It would be near impossible to prove tampering given the too small sample sizes.

Despite Haaland's additive excellence it doesn't feel like City has improved in tactical coherence this year so far. More issues at fullbacks and the supporting attacking play for Haaland are a bit off.

Either way, great to see Leipzig getting their a** wiped on the floor.

Not surprised though. If you field slalom poles like Henrich and Raum at the wing backs good teams will exploit it.

Is that a new CL record? Has anyone else scored 5 in a game?

I bet someone else has done it, but my memory is failing me

Within 80 minutes the ref and City have managed to complete destroy any confidence Leipzig had haha.
They can’t complete even basic passes anymore. Love it.

they probably still lose but this city team is a 1 early goal opens the floodgates team. Ref gave them that goal and then boom the Leipzig players collapsed

Madrid fans talking about tampering. That's funny.
I remember when the Dolphins were perennial contenders

Don't worry, pep has been failing in CL since peak Messi. I have a friend who's been betting 500usd every august on City to win CL)))
They'll get their crap kicked in by Real or Bayern.

Then Pep suppressed 2 of the record setters via early substitution. Luiz Adriano also hit 5 goals against Bate Borisov.

Yeah I think Milan is done next round. Inter can maybe go through if they get a favourable draw but Napoli are legit outside contenders
