Hi guys, since there was some interest in this in the Premier League thread, I decided to make an FPL league. It's unlikely we'll get any crazy numbers since we're close to the season starting, but if you're interested then by all means feel free to join.

I am going to join but most likely forget that I participated in this the minute I completed the team.

That is how it usually goes when I take part in fantasy leagues

No worries, thanks for joining. Sometimes it's easy to forget when a game week starts, especially when the fixtures get more hectic around the new year, although the World Cup will change that this season.

On most weeks, assuming you have a strong starting line-up, the only thing you really need to remember is who to give your captaincy to for double points.

I just joined as team Fc Dunsany 1878 (Mohammed Abdi Osman).

Named after my favourite author Lord Dunsany, the great Irish writer of fantastic short stories. Look forward to playing with you guys, I'm also one of those that like Fantasy/draft Fantasy PL but didn't finish my season last time I joined a league.

So, a third into the season I found out that I can field three strikers at once.
Finally, I can move that scrub van Dijk to the bench.
