japan over croatia is the only upset i see, maybe senegal but i am pessimistic on that

My picks:
Netherlands ( don't know what is happening with the flu issues there so USA wouldn't be a surprise in that case).
Croatia is my team so a no brainer for me.
England, but would love to see Senegal steal a win if possible.
Argentina.

Brazil.

Since Germany pooped their pants, Brazil is my only hope left. I wanted to put cash on Brazil and France, but switched France for Brazil at the last second, what a fool.

nah but i'm putting down Senegal for the upset, USA with the surprise and the Switz to beat Portugal.

Korea over Brazil is a must
Senegal over England easy pick
Poland over France ( Lewandowski beating his own record and scoring 5 goals in 7 minutes)

I would love to see underdogs win everywhere just for the sheer impossibility of such a development.
Japan could surprise against Croatia, but I just don't see it. Our coach is too careful and incredibly lucky.

I'm loving how many people are predicting England to be eliminated by Senegal. Being the villain of the piece feels great.
I'll abstain from hubris for now because I'm certain that, one way or another, be it at the hands of Senegal or France, I'll be cursing Gareth Southgate, Chris Waddle, King Charles and Rishi Sunak's names in the coming days.

My Southgate agenda will stay strong until I see the World Cup trophy with the English ribbons attached.
It’s annoying that Senegal had to play England next though I love the Senegalese team.

We should just be glad that Mane isn't playing. He's got plenty of experience tormenting Maguire, Stones, Dier, Walker, etc.
