I think Drogba just played himself out of Chelsea tonight. He hasn;t been looking like former self ever since Mourinho left the team.

Eto'o said he'd like to join Inter.

They have Ibra, Cruz, Suazo, Crespo and Balotell(who passed crespo/suazo in the lineup). But of course they need more forwards?

I read that Sp*rs tried to sign Eto'o but he turned them down, so now they are going for Henry. :D
It's just a rumour at this point but I think Hleb will go to Inter as well.

other than Ibra, i wouldnt bet on them to be in the squad next year.

Eto'o certainly is a hot commodity. Other than aforementioned teams, Fenerbahce rumored to have offered him 5 million euros a year.

Direct quote From www.manutd.com

On a night of European glory, Cristiano Ronaldo gave Reds fans even more reason to celebrate when he quashed rumours that he could join Real Madrid this summer by pledging his future to United.

When asked by a TV reporter whether he would be leaving the club with which he has already achieved so much in his short career, Ronaldo gave the emphatic reply all Reds fans wanted to hear.

yes, vela is owned by arsenal and has been playing in spain (salamanca and osasuna) the last couple of years because of the work permit and the possibility to get the spanish nationality and play as a communitary player.

i have been thinking and i don't know why but i feel that chelsea might see several important players change teams this summer.

I know why you think that. It's because they'll get a new coach.

i think there is going to be a big overhaul in striker position for chelsea. i expect drogba, anelka and shevchenko to leave offseason and they are going to want to replace them.

They'd never give up Balotelli, but Suazo and Crespo might as well leave

Amauri-underrated outside of Italy, overrated in Italy-will join Juve....eventually.

balotelli will probably loaned out if he doesnt start the season well but that also depends on who the new coach is. Cruz is way too inconsistent and old to get consistent spot on the team, imo.

i actually like amauri, he would be perfect fit next to laquinta or Trez.

well, of course, but i think that with the loss in the champions some could see their cycle in chelsea over, and i'm talking about players like drogba, essien, ballack, lampard, wright-phillips, cole, sheva, anelka.

They'd be stupid to give up on Essien and Cole right now. Also Ballack was their player of the season.

They'd rather see off he players that have been acting like drama queens, not negotiating contracts and giving mixed reactions to the media.

Players like Lampard, Drogba, Makelele (he's geting old), Scheva (they won't use him anyaway), Obi Mikel (good for nothing more than a red card every other game) need to be sent packing.

There are good enough players available in the market to replace them right now.

i doubt Arsenal will be able to fight off big budgets of others, but i can definitely see ManU in the mix.

Ferguson pissed at Real Madrid:

http://www.sportsnetwork.com/merge/tsnf ... id=4151905

"They think they can ride roughshod over everyone but they won't do it with us," declared Ferguson. "Real Madrid have no moral issues at all.

ouch.
