Mods you can lock this if you think it's too early or if you think it belongs in the previous transfer thread.
Klaas-Jan Huntelaar, the Ajax captain is likely heading to Real Madrid for a reported $US20 million. I'm looking forward to him rocking it in Real. :D

Quality signing. Not sure how well he'd fit alongside Ruud when he returnss but if they play him as a solo striker ahead of Sneijder and Robben on the left, they're set on attack.

+1 to the out of the loop. but if that happened i don't know which move i'd be more ecstatic about, Klaas or Benzema.

Altho that leaves United with a glut of strikers, Sir Alex seems to love Berbatov. So what do they do? If they were to sell one of their strikers the most logical choice would be Wayne Rooney? (they just spend a massive amount to finalize Tevez's tranfser if i've got my facts straight.)

Back to the Klaas transfer, i'm thinking they may be bringing him in as relief and a future replacement for Ruud. Klaas was Ruud's understudy on the Dutch national team and with Ruud getting up there in age, it seems like an extremely good move with an eye on the present and one on the future.

Sir. Alex is very wary about paying 32 mil pounds for Tevez and no deal has been finalized yet. Infact both sides aren't even close to discussion at the moment and the scouts and staff at United are very high on Benzema.

Actually United had open bids for both Huntelaar and Benzema by the start of this season and now that Huntelaar's been snapped up, they'll increase their efforts on him.

It'll be interesting how much money gets thrown at Diogo as every top English club is interested.

it's a good transfer for madrid, but they don't need another injured player...

Ah. Thanks for the correction on that J. Yeah, that's a lot of cash for a guy that might not even be in the starting line up consistently. Benzema is a terrific player and would be fantastic buy for Man U, he is thriving playing for Lyon but coming to a big club and under a terrific manager I see him thriving even more so.

i am liking the Silva signing, god know Milan needed the youth at back four.

Tuncay Sanli from Middlesbrough likely headed to Chelsea. quality signing that should help the attacking force of Scolari.

Thiago Silva is great, the real deal....if you see his games at Libertadores Cup (biggest tournment of America) was just incredible.

Great signing...and the best thing is Milan didn't have to pay anything to Fluminense (his club here in Brazil).

Lassana Diarra from Portsmouth to Real is Juande Ramos' first signing.

and they are in a predicament, only one of diarra or huntelaar can be registered for the champions league.

i would choose diarra over huntelaar, they would need more a midfielder than an attacker.

Playing an entire stretch with Hguain and Raul upfront wouldn't be a nice option either. That must suck for them though.

BTW why Pennant? These guys aren't even Madrid caliber players. Looks like the mediocre coach is building mediocre expectations up there.

Tosic & Ljajic have finalized moves from Partizan Belgrade to Manchester United today. Tosic will start training with the 1st team while Ljajic will stay at Partizan for another season.

Tevez's permanent deal seems stalled for the moment though.
