Penalty awarded but refused by player!

This happens in a ligue 1 game and when the defender gets wrongly penalized for a good tackle, the opponent player rejects the penalty.

in a Roma-Messina game a few years ago De Rossi scored after pushing the ball in with his hand. It was hard to tell as it happened and the goal was awarded by the ref, but he admitted to him that it was his hand and should not be allowed, so the ref took it back.

Arshavin recently tried that. Against Portsmouth, he was awarded a penalty and wagged his finger at the ref, but Arsenal still took the penalty.
