I really enjoy coming to this section and talking football with you lads, all of you are really respectful and open-minded, and I really really love debating about football. So I was hope if we could make a stronger contribution to this section and be more active and talk about the sport we love. So whatcha say lads? More activity?

Always love the activity here and I think we've got most of the old posters back and in time for the CL finals. We tend to talk more on transfers in the off season and the general soccer interest increases around this time.

I really loved the fantasy soccer team draft a couple of years back. That was fun and if someone can come up with something like that it'd be fun.

we need more regular posters, i don't think most people are aware of the existence of this board.

I'm just saying I always see the same people posting, I never see new lads or other people posting. Like I said the few members we have here that post here, I really enjoy your opinions and reading your posts. I hope we can keep it up like that.

I know other football forums I been on, everyone seem like a racist and wanted to cut your head off because I supported this club or this country. I understand that because that's how it is in real life Europe where I live but I didn't know people were serious on Internet. You know what I mean? To me this is just a place were I come to kill time and express myself to you lads. Agree?

The other forums you visited were football forums, the talk should be mostly about football. This is a basketball forum, you can see people who aren't that open-minded, just not in the other sports board. Most people who post in the Soccer forum know what they're talking about.

This is a basketball forum first, so activity will not be as high to start with. The activity here mostly peaks in the great tournaments. Many dormant posters (like me) came to life in the 2008 EC, and will surely wake up for the 2010 WC. But I would not mind some more posts here TBH...

This is a nice little community we have and when it gets bigger It will be even better. But I'm a daily football member, not when EC and WC come around.

like stated this is a basketball forum, so it's difficult to find members that are attracted to football and be regular posters.

the thing here is that it doesn't matter if we are only a few of us here but to stay active!

I have noticed the activity has picked up, which is really great and I hope it keeps up. Now this goes for everyone (even me) we all have to be open minded when it comes to Football. I can understand not agree with another member but that member has the right to prove that person wrong. Understand?

I'll definitely be coming here more often. I'm first and foremost a football fan, before basketball and hockey, just haven't ever found any really active message boards for football. If this can be that spot, I'm gonna be on RealGM for quite a long time everyday

Yes! The more the merrier lad. And this place will only get better once we start the draft then we start the Football Manager Tournament.

Do people play FM around here? Even if they do, I think we should wait for FM 2010, or start a tournament with 2008. FM 2009 is crap.

Nah I don't have Football Manager, I just have FIFA 09 for 360.

So are you guys happy with the activity recently? When I came here we had around 3,200 posts in here if I remember correct, and now we are pushing for 5,000 pretty good ay? Honestly I've been on a lot of Football forums but for some reason this one is really special and it keeps bringing me back here so I can put my opinions in here and we talk great Football. I seriously love this place and I love all of you guys that are regular Football supporters on here.

I mean we are doing great right now we are keeping the activity going and it's the off-season for Football and we are going strong, a lot of Football forums just stop the activity and wait for the regular season to start up, but we are still going strong maybe that is why I keep coming back.



P.S. I specially love the American supporters You know who you are. (You have to show me some love too, after all I'm not calling you Yanks anymore) haha so yeah keep coming back to the REAL FOOTBALL!

I really like to talk about soccer...but as I don't like too much european soccer I prefer to talk more about national teams and especially american soccer (but most people here don't watch it).

You don't like European Football? Why? It's the best Football in the World and also best clubs in the World hands down.
