Alright, after much thinking this is the tactics I want my team to play, also this is only preliminary as I'm not yet certain of the formation I'm going to play

Build Up
Speed - 75
Passing - 20(Since you said the higher it is, the more stamina it wastes, doesn't this mean the lower it is the more shorter the passing, as in more on the floor?)
Positioning - Organised

Chance Creation
Passing - 85
Crossing - 15
Shooting - 70
Positioning - Organised

Defence
Pressure - 65
Aggression - 30
Team Width - 80
Defender Line - Cover

EDIT: Formation - 4-3-3

In general, I want to play an offensive 4-3-3 with strong wings. Templates: Manchester United and Ajax Amsterdam. I still have to work out the numbers, but when in doubt, I am ok with taking whatever ManU has.

FC Barcelona

I'd like to play 4 at the back with a diamond formation in the midfield and 2 strikers upfront. Just tell me if Fabregas is not getting involved much in the games and I might look to go back to a 4-4-2. I just want to get the best out of all my top players on the pitch since we don;t have a stamina meter running.

--------------------------Reina---------------------

-----Carragher---Agger-------Vidic-----Kaladze

----------------------Barry------------------------

-----Fabregas---------------------Nasri-------

----------------------Totti--------------------

---------Berbatov--------Rooney----------

Subs: Forlan, Wes Brown, Clarence Seedorf.

Tactics:

Build Up
Speed - 85
Passing - 40
Positioning - Organized

Chance Creation
Passing - 85
Crossing - 30
Shooting - 80
Positioning - Organized

Defence
Pressure - 80
Aggression - 80
Team Width - 80

Defender Line - Cover

Captain: Francesco Totti.

Guys, post it like Treiz did and post your starters, but make sure in the beginning to make your clubs name in big bold text so I know who you are.

Arsenal

Arsenal's default formation with Ballack as the CM that's closer to the defense. If I'm not mistaken, it should be

-----------Akinfeev------------------

Maicon-Puyol-Cardoba-Evra

Arshavin-Riquelme-Ballack-Gourcuff

Del Piero
Zlatan

Bench of:
Podolski
Yaya Toure
Carlos Vela

And Arsenal Defaults

Would I be able to Arsenal Default settings?

and therefore my bench is

Real Madrid

4-4-2

Image

I don't know if that would be considered a 4-4-2, but basically it's:

GK: Cech
LB: Abidal
CB: Toure
CB: Mertesacker
RB: Zanetti
CDM: Mascherano
LM: Giggs
RM: Young
CAM: Lampard
ST: Benzema
ST: Ronaldo

Bench: Bale, Hargreaves, Agbonlahor

Would like to go with the Default Manchester United settings if possible.

Sidebar: Isn't my team ridiculously ethnic?? I've got players from the Czech Republic, England, France, Ivory Coast, Germany, Argentina, Wales, France and Portugal. I'm sure plenty of you have similar types, anyone beat 9 countries?
