Would yall want Randle?

What's good fellas, was curious what yall thought.

Doesn't fit on our roster, he's a lazy losing player. Do yall even want him or u in the same boat as us?

I don't want him on the Suns.

Feel like we have enough issues on the Suns, adding a kinda volatile guy like Randle might just end our season in January

We already have a near max contract lazy guy.

No thanks. He has shot the 3 well lately which would have been one of my concerns. What would you expect in return for him?

I'm not sure we'd take him for expirings though. Not sure his contract is a net positive.

As lazy and work-avoiding as James Jones is, he doesn't doesn't bring in bad culture guys even when desperate.

Depends on what additional incentives would you include to offset his production/ efficiency issues and moreover his large contract commitment. Not completely opposed to it depending upon the return! But for the reasons mentioned above, there absolutely would need to be sweeteners and/or draft incentives. Probably doesn't matter much anyways, as I just don't see Savers' puppet Garvin doing any favors by approving any significant salaried roster additions till the new ownership takes control. Maybe if the suns did trade Ayton for another center that could space the floor like a Myles Turner or a Nikola Vucevic, or Jonas Valuncias, then I'd maybe look to a secondary deal for Randle IF the returning incentives are solid.

Yes.

Ignore the rest of these guys, I bet the Suns would happily give you Jae Crowder/Shamet/filler for him. You guys get a vet to help with your playoff push and a shooter. Done and done.

He doesn't do much of anything, so even giving this move any traction would actually require a conscious effort.

That won't be enough as they're going to want a pick as well. A second to make it happen? Sure. A first? Nope.

I wouldn't give them any draft inclusions whatsoever personally. Given his statistical/ efficiency regression as well as his potential fit /usage issues ON TOP OF his already perceivable negative value (based on his production/ efficiency issues vs cost) contract commitment, If anything, the knicks WILL ABSOLUTELY NEED TO be sending back some sort of draft incentive/ incentives to balance the value of us taking that contract off their hands. Since we're assuming the greater risk in committing to his salary, etc. We need to be compensated fairly.
