Solid win for sure! We have a few kinks to iron out, and of course a huge amount of our success will depend upon our ability to stay healthy over the next two months or so. But it's really good to see our bench get into some rhythm and operate productively together. Once our starters are all back and if ee can squeeze a few games in together out of what's remaining, then we should be able to reclaim some promising chemistry. Monty still needs to iron out some rotation considerations. But things look to be trending positively for now!

you know what shamets deal is? He looks like he's in turbo mode when he shoots, he never seems comfortable... ever. I honestly feel like if he just tried to slow down and relax he'd be a better player. easier said than done but he's def skizzo mode.

He shoots and plays like Steph but doesn't have Steph's mentality, confidence or overall shooting ability

Oh, isn't that when our great defensive center was on the bench resting up for his nightly video games?

He needs to watch A LOT of Klay moves to finally understand how to avoid unnecessary moves.
He acts like hes cam payne with blazing speed trying to overrun or giggle everyone in front of him. Its actually sad tbh

Why can't Shamet add more arch to his jump shot!? These guys have the best trainers/shooting coaches in the world. How can you be a professional NBA player & allow your shot to stay flat? Guess it's all mental.Shamet flashes the potential to be the Suns best bench piece.I remember the back to back 30 pt games before he got injured. On top of that, he's a capable defensive player.Better than Ross, TJ, and Lee on that side of the ball for sure. He's kind of like Ayton.Just a big tease.

Arc isn't necessarily the issues, Ray Allen shot it very flat.

True, but I'll add that Sarver likely cheaped out on assistant coaches like he did scouts, trainers, and our entire G-league team. Without quality guys to help Monty out then you have a coach out of his element. All of those items I hope Ishbia will spend on this summer. In particular getting a G-league team. We have no 1sts, so finding a way to farm some players and let them grow into something will be nice. Of course that will help when we hire some scouts lol.

I really feel he gets too much elevation on his shot which affects his release. It's a nice looking shot but it's a well known fact that for three pointers the less you elevate the more you can put your body into the shot.

Look at some of Steph's three's, when he isn't being tightly defended he doesn't really elevate too much on his shot which gives him a lot of range on his threes.
