Finally a good, efficient, complete game from Book. 8 assists, 0 turnovers, 6/13 from three.

KD wasn't that on fire with his shot, but 12/12 from the free throw line.

Tyus Jones with a helluva quiet game with 11 assists, 0 turnovers, and 5 threes.

Dunn with a nice rookie line, 13 points, 2/3 from three, 1 steal, 2 blocks.

Royce becoming our flamethrower, another game of 5 threes.

Our team is just a really complete team when Tyus Jones does his thing for 32 mins and Book and KD are healthy and playing together.

Beal is still the question mark. I wish we'd just 6 man him for a month and see what happens.

We stopped the bleeding and got the W on the road.

30 points and 8 assists for KD in his first game back. 34 and 8 assists for Book. The other starters did their job...Nurkic, Tyus and Royce played perfectly their roles.

Nice to have Dunn back too. 2 blocks and some hard defensive plays next to 13 points. Clarkson and Collins were tough covers but he did it well in front of them.

Happy with the W, we need to keep it up next Sunday.

A lot of players with good box-score stats which usually means a team like Jazz loses by 30, but Suns can't defend the three even against bad teams so the game ends close.

If Beal wasn't getting all those "fluky" injuries all the time one may wonder if he's not been held out for a trade. I guess we'll know soon enough. Not surprising with him missing the game both KD and Booker go for 30. Just bring him off the bench when he's back. Less minutes may result in less "fluky" injuries or even he waves off the ntc to go play as a starter somewhere else.

important to stay not too high and not too low, but also we have to realize we probably overreacted about the team during both KD absences, because in both cases it wasn't just KD missing. Beal, Nurk, Grayson, Dunn all have their roles, and it was never about just not having KD.

I love Jordan Clarkson for years. Just a cool dude and the pure definition of a flamethrower.

That's true.

Nurkic was good in this one. He finished pretty well all his close shots and defended the rim for us forcing them to miss some layups.

Dunn was all over the court, he is hungry. I love his intensity and demeanor, he makes a big positive impact for us.

Nurk has terrible starts it seems. But yes, he did settle in later in the game.

Nice to see Book back to form. Hopefully he can keep it up. But given how well our stars played, the game was still a little too close for comfort. But a W is a W.
