As I've always said it. You can have all the talent in the world, if you can not be coached you are just a dumb athlete who will never amount to anything (and go broke after his playing days). If you are getting up there in age as well, it will only amount to this (whatever this is, becouse I refuse to call it basketball).
It must be a coaching problem!!4!4!! fngidi*ts

This is the first time I’m ready for the full rebuild. Durant is still great and can get us a lot of picks back. Obviously Booker can as well. Durant certainly wants to go but doesn’t want to demand anymore trades. Give him one last chance at a title somewhere. I’m happy he came here for a chance.
This team has moments of brilliance, in stretches last year and the start this year, but falls apart once any adversity hits, like getting swept last year and the current skid the team is on now. I think that’s the biggest issue, and one I don’t see being fixed.
I hope I’m wrong of course and the team suddenly flips a switch like that Kings comeback last year. But even if they do, it will always feel like they are one 8 game injury from falling apart again.

Terrible 3rd quarter and mostly terrible game.
I couldn't watch the entire game because that 3rd quarter was disgusting, I mean we need to play with more passion and effort. Frustrating loss.
The Nuggets didn't play well, they just did basic stuff and forced some mistakes. Simple game and Jokic.
We need to readjust everything and try to win with Book back in the lineup. If we are able to win consistently again there is enough time to be on a good seed for the playoffs but if we keep the losing streak we will need to make drastic changes before the deadline.

Glad we are playing them back to back because after a game like that it will be interesting to see what adjustments they make.

If it's anything like the adjustments they made after the Indiana loss or the Detroit loss, a whole lot of no adjustments are in the works. Same thing over and over with zero effort or passion.

And that was a joke corona-affected season and didn't mean **** either. Glad we didn't win that one.
I want a real title with a real likable team.

It hurts not having a team to root for anymore. This is the worst

Heck, at this point might as well let her coach us she can’t be any worse than Bud.

The only time in the James Jones/Booker timeline the Suns looked like top NBA team was the first two seasons with CP3. Before that they were bottom of the barrel to play in level. Now sliding right back down to those mediocre heights. Neither one can build or lead a winning culture.

This is bad. I don't know what to say really.

All successful teams of this franchise since I started watching had a floor general which Booker is not. KJ, Kidd, Nash. Rubio righted the ship. Captain Paul turned it into a warship. I expected a lot from Jones, but oddly with him and the luxurious Big 3 it's starting to look more and more like Titanic.

Re: Game 28: Phoenix Suns (14-13) @ Denver Nuggets (15-11) | Dec 23 | 8:00PM
I feel like the Suns always make offensive possessions harder than they need to be. With the talent and shooting they have, they should literally just take the first available shot. Instead they iso or pass it around the top of the key not really making the defense work then ISO into a tough shot. Like pick and roll take shot. Considering this is the same thing that went on last year and I know Bud is a better offensive coach than what we are seeing, the problem must be the player personnel. If I was Bud, I'd be screaming at every half and after every game, but ego management probably doesn't allow that. Really disappointing.

Yeah, this would probably be a D'Antoni dream squad, though he'd prefer another big to finish inside with the quick offense and spread floor. Heck, even Ayton would probably work really well in a D'Antoni offense.
