I think if you combined our team with the Warriors, we probably would still get beat by the Celtics or Cavs.

Like KD, and LeBron, Curry at this stage of his career can no longer carry a team as the #1 option to a deep playoff run, that's why their respective teams are where they are now, the Warriors, Lakers and the Suns are not one move away from contending, we all need to realize that that's what 35+ years old suppose to look like, building and relying on them is irrational.

The more I look at this I think we need to look to move KD first before Book. Send him out while he might still has value, some desperate teams like the Warriors, Lakers, Bucks, Sixers?(lol) might take a swing and give us 1 or 2 1st before the deadline. Heck call up the Magic, they need offense and KD is perfect. I take their 2025 1st or the one from Denver and maybe Jett Howard + an expiring.

So the FO can sell us we are contender and go all-in with signing Jimmy Butler with the max? :nonono:

Impossible. We'll have a "Big 4".

Have always said Booker isn't a leader. And yeah, KD never has been. Great talent but he's too insecure to be a leader. Trading CP3 was a massive mistake. We still wouldn't be a contender but CP is an actual leader and keeps guys in check.
