Penny or Patterson?

Post#1 » by pennyforever » Thu Feb 7, 2008 3:54 pm

lose Banks, Penny would be a nice PG;face swingan, Patterson would be a not bad choice.

Shooters? I don't think it have to be. A guard can pass or defend is who we need.

Um, is there a "how about no" option?

Sure Reuben Patterson isn't much of a long range scorer, I think he would help your defense solidify.

We prefer guys with some class.

That's pretty lame, better to win without class than to lose with dignity.

^Exactly. Just ask that team we lost to last season in those black and silver jerseys. Horry certainly didn't have any class, but he still won yet another championship.

I'd rather get a sharpshooter from the D league.

Id much rather court cassell to be our backup PG. Another veteran presence like SamIam would imo be a lock for the playoffs.

Oh, also, Birdman is available now. My guess is that he would either go to a horrible team and try to pay his dues, or get on a contender and give it his all to show his worth. He would be great on a 10 day contract too imo.

NAsh/Cassell
Bell/Barbosa
Hill/Diaw
Amare/Birdman
Shaq/Skinner

Didn't Kerr play with Patterson in Portland? I thought I remember him saying some good things about him in the past.
