I'm sorry, but no one gets in the NBA without having some skill, and they certainly don't STAY in the NBA without coaches and teams recognizing those skills. They've already proven themselves worthy of minutes, don't tell me that we're just a year late. So why is it whenever we sign a veteran we never play them? MD needs to start letting these guys play.

MD is too up tight I think with his rotation and game time decisions. He gets too emotional and over reacts at times.

Its not so easy to find a god coach, but I'm also getting a little fed up. I don't know why he' so afraid to play his bench, other than that he's afraid he'll look bad or whatever. I don't understand it. Its very frustrating and it doesn't make sense. You can't expect every player to be a superstar, but if you utilize a player correctly, it can go a long way.

DJ, AT, and Skinner should DEFINITELY be seeing some minutes. Now I don't know what the deal is with Tucker. I guess we're not too fond of him? Fine, but we never really game him a chance. Of course I'm not with the team like Mike is so I don't know what he's been doing. But if we look at minutes, Tucker has basically been given no minutes and he was our first pick in the draft that we kept.

I hope Mike will start playing the others more. Each game I am growing more and more frustrated with the way the minutes are spread. And we wonder why Raja is off? We work him to dang hard. If there's one thing that Popovich does well, he does spread minutes out and knows how. I wish Mike would build some more confidence in these players.

If we don't make it out of the first round this year, either DA or Kerr will be sent packing. Who takes over? Gentry? Tell you who I wouldn't mind seeing: Paul Silas.
He played for us a while back, was a defensive rebounding big, who Amare could learn a lot from.

I hope it doesn't happen, because that means an early Suns exit...I'm just saying I see him as a MUCH better option than Larry Brown or Stan van Gundy or anyone else out there...

I can't see Kerr getting axed...so far, it appears he has been the
yes-man-insulator Sarver requires. He now has a clean slate...with very little flexibilty to work with. If anything, deals will be harder to make...which, could be a blessing in disguise.

D'Ant, on the other hand, has to be on the bubble...he is obviously less involved with the make up of this team...and now given the task of changing his coaching philosophy to match his personel. He still seems infatuated with W's, at the expense of running ragged his magnificant 7.

What about Skiles ?

Sad but true - Kerr does whatever Sarver tells him to. As long as the pressure on the management doesn't get too hefty and Sarver isn't forced to do something, he'll gladly keep Kerr around. And arguments
