Exactly. Small Forward is the easiest position to fill in the NBA. Unless his name is Lebron James, there are very few front offices that will take a small forward at 17 million a year, or can afford to. That's basically 1/3rd of a small team's payroll. Finding a team to eat his salary is hard enough, let alone, getting equal value.

Bosh isn't overrated by anyone outside of Toronto. Amare has a very clear series of weaknesses. Bosh is indeed a second scoring option, that's true, but remember that the Suns run Nash, Amare, Hill, even Diaw. They have scorers, so it wouldn't be a big issue.

I do, however, agree that the Raptors are floundering because they lack offensive balance; that is very much true but that has less to do with a poor reflection on Bosh so much as inadequate team construction due to lack of time and resources necessary to acquire said second scorer.
