Bulls/Suns - Deng, Kirk, Tyrus, Noah for Amare and Filler

Bulls Trade: Luol Deng, Kirk Hinrich, Tyrus Thomas and Joakim Noah to the Suns for Amare Stoudemire and Filler (one of Barbosa, Bell or Diaw. Had to take one of them to get the salaries even)

Suns Lineup
PG Nash/Hinrich/Dragic
SG Bell/Barnes
SF Deng/Hill
PF Diaw/Noah/Tyrus
C Shaq/Lopez

Bulls Lineup
PG Rose/Hunter
SG Gordon/Barbosa
SF Thabo/Hughes
PF Gooden/Nocioni/Ruffin
C Amare/Gray

Suns do this so that they get some fresh players on the team that can work with the system. They essentially bring Hinrich in to replace Nash once his contract is up and they get a great developing SF in Deng along with Tyrus Thomas and Noah up front so that they don't lose Amare for nothing.
Shaq's $21 million comes off the books in 2010 and they can make a push for the free agent class.

Would you guys do that deal?

Amare + Diaw for Deng + Kirk + Tyrus + Noah sounds good.

No I don't like it. Deng seems to be regressing. Heinrich has never been on the top of my list and Tyrus Thomas and Noah won't help us in the short term or the long term I predict.

I could only trade Amare to the Bulls if Rose was in the package which I know the Bulls would never do. If the Suns are serious about trading Amare, they can surely get a better package than the one offered in this thread. Amare could be a MVP if he improves his defense and rebounding. Remember he is only 26. Plenty of time for him to improve still.

He will never improve his defense or his rebounding ...

These "he could be mvp if ..." are ridiculous anyway.
