First let me say I think you'd be crazy to trade Amare.

That said...I'd expect the Pistons to pass on any deal including Stuckey. He's pretty close to untouchable, and the fact he's on his rookie contract while Amare will have to be resigned makes such a move faaaar to risky. The idea would be to pair them, not get Amare at the expense of Stuckey.

I'd gladly give up Sheed, Amir and a couple picks for Amare though.

Except Detroit wouldn't do that. We'd be better off letting Sheed expire and using that cap room on a legit bigman.

We have zero use for Barbosa or his 3 year contract. We already have a small SG that doesn't play defense, don't need 2 of em.
