Sarver spoke before the game today and even he thinks the team needs to change the way they play.
Here are some of his comments followed by the link to the full article.
Sarver flew to meet with players after a three-game skid during a recent Eastern road trip and held a one-hour, closed-door meeting with staff and captains Steve Nash and Grant Hill after Saturday's loss to Chicago. He wants a change in play, not personnel.
"We definitely need to change what we're doing so we can start winning more games," Sarver said. "I think that change can happen with the existing staff and existing group of players, but it's going to be up to them to make it happen. We're too good and too talented to waste the season."

Your thoughts?
Well, it's good to see that Sarver recognizes Porter's offense SUCKS and the team needs to run more instead of passing it to Shaq all the time.
The bad news is it seems he still has confidence in Porter. In other words, Porter won't be fired.
