I'm a Cavs fan, but I don't think Cleveland will get Amare. However, I'm wondering whether Suns fans want to rebuild around him? If so, what would you think of the following:
Suns:
Give - Nash, Shaq, Hill
Get - Calderon, Delonte West, 2 expirings (Wally and Snow), Cavs 1st
Why: Build around Amare, J-Rich, Calderon, West, and unload aging stars to save $$$
Raptors:
Give - Bosh, Calderon
Get - JJ Hickson, Nash, Varejao
Why: Get something of value for Bosh, keep fans with Nash, maximize value of Marion, Hickon and varejao are two young, quality bigs
Cavs:
Give - West, Hickson, Varejao, Wally, Snow
Get - Bosh, Shaq, Hill
Why: win now, unite LBJ with CB4 and keep both, Shaq's last Hurrah,
Ok, go ahead and flame me. I think this is relatively fair and helps all three teams.
