I still believe. We're 4 games back. The Mavs still have to play Miami, Phoenix, New Orleans twice, Utah, and Houston. They're at least losing 4 more. As long as we beat them, 4 of the remaining 5 teams have better records, and we'd only need them to lose 3. We would of course have to win out.

Unlikely, but the point is I still think it's on our guys whether they really want it or not.

Yes, we're horrible on back to backs. But the good news is we have two days off before our games with the Rockets and the Hornets, our only two hard games other than the Mavs. And Barbosa is coming back.

Anyone else have the slightest bit of hope remaining?

Damn right there is still hope!!!! People seem to dismiss the fact that we are very shorthanded in these losses. Had LB played in Utah we would have won that game as well as the Kings. We will make it into the playoffs !!!!!!!

--- Honestly, the miracle i'm praying for is pulling a Chicago in the lottery. I'm proud as hell of these guys for the way they fought, until exhaustion cost them teh Sacto game, but 3.5 games out with 8 to play looks insurmountable.
Given what we get even if we do make the playoffs - a five game or - sob - four game series with LA - I think we just play this year out with some heart and hope the balls are good to us in April
