Referring to a discussion of including Nash in the conversation with Kobe and Lebron in great people he's played with.

most likely not since the raptors are likely to offer 3 years and 21 mil and the suns wont pay 7 mil a year for him

Has anyone ANYONE heard from Ben Wallace ???? Any media reports ? Has the AZRepulsive been so cold shouldered to NOT EVEN CALL the guy ?

Though PAVs is a certain goner, Wallace STILL might put on some purple and be asked to contribute... where is all the love, accolades , and faith healing props for our melagro training staff ??? They HEALED Hill and Shaq... No ?

I am confused

There is a chance this deal falls through if Wallace/Pavlovic don't pass their physicals.

So this deal is not completely done, yet.

But they haven't passed their physicals yet. You have to pass the physicals before the deals get done.

A team can waive the physical.

But the team needs more big-men now that Shaq is gone. So I think they want Wallace to play and if he fails the physical, the deal is off.

The only big-men are Lopez, Amare, Amundson.

That's not enough.

No sir.........If the Suns made this deal with the though of him playing, im gonna!!!!!!, i dont know what id do but it would be on the damn news, bet that.... On a calmer note, i HOPE!! they would not have done the deal unless they were absolutely sure he was going to hang it up I. E. buyout. We will save a substantial amount of cash to go out and get cheap big men. Or the reality seems to be, Wallace turns into Tyson Chandler (please god), still saves some money. Amare turns into Biedrins 7"0, Wright 6"10 and the kid Clark is 6"10, along with Lopez, and Amundson. Thats 6 bigs, not including the fact that we do a lot of small ball so Dudley can at times sub in at the 4 and hang with some Pfs. Keep Nash, and shell out the Mle or some of the savings (wishful thinking i know) to get Lamar Odom, and I think we make a little noise, not saying championship team, but efective basketball.

The Rent-A-Shaq tour comes to Cleveland without much of a price paid. Perhaps the most dominant center in the NBA’s history came for two contracts the Suns might buy out, a second-round pick and $500,000. As one prominent agent said Wednesday. “Don’t blame Steve Kerr for this. That owner [Robert Sarver] will do anything to save a buck right now.” The Suns could save millions on the deal, but they don’t save face.

League executives were surprised Ferry closed the deal without having to give up the Cavaliers’ first-round choice in the draft. “I thought for sure Danny was resigned to giving them the 30th pick,” one rival GM said. “I’m surprised the Suns didn’t hold out a little longer.”

Effing Kerr. i'm still ticked about how little value we got for an All-NBA, All-Star Expiring center

At least we'd rid ourselves of JRich's contract. I'd welcome that deal.

As for the 2010 2nd rounder instead of #46 from this year, i thought we got routed enough, our FO just dunno when to stop

I'm all for getting rid of Jrich, I just hope there's other deals as well, like for Camby or Tyson Chandler.

-- If we don't get Chandler I hope we use the CLE guys or JRich to go after Camby. 1 yr left on his deal, be a good fit for us.
