Not a fan of Monta, he's very good at what he does, but is too one-dimensional. His man-defense is pretty poor and is only an average playmaker. Having him play next to a PG hurts the backcourt defensively, especially if the PG isn't good enough of a defender to defend the opposing 2. Unless you pair him up with a defensive 2 who is a decent play maker, then I don't think he works. The GSW system works because Ellis is normally paired up with S.Jax in the back court which means Ellis doesn't have to guard the 2.

LMASSO!!! It's the other way around. Randolph is as untouchable as kobe, lebron, dwight, etc.

^oh come on man, the mere thought that you'd put him in with 3 MVP candidates when the dude hasn't even got 500pts is a joke

He's on the Mayo/Oden/Beasley level at the moment, just below Durant/Rose IMO

Trading wise, those guys are all on the same level i think - clearly below Rose/Durant/Deron and nowhere near Paul/Kobe/LeBron/Wade/Howard....though I'd argue Rose is damn close to that level because of his playoff series, poise and age...and salary

Randolph's no scrub, I love his game but I think it's a little early to proclaim him 'untouchable', or at least in the absolute elite terms of the word

Expectations are low (but not dead) that Hill will resign with the Suns. He has too many better offers on the table that will cough up more money.

I've heard nothing about Barnes.

Not many people are interested in Jrich but there is a good chance he will still be shopped more.

Amare's odds at resigning are growing. Well, at least until they meet and we lowball him.

Ariza rumors were BS. Not sure where that came from. We're targeting Frye. Not sure and haven't heard about anyone else.

Chandler deal would be last minute but not on the table anymore.

Sarver is voicing himselg more now than in the past on potential deals. At least it seems that way to the peeps I know.

Most of you guys dont want to max extend Amare, yet you want the Earth and Sun in a trade from the team that has to max extend him.

2+2 = 3

Most of us want to max extend Amare. We just want injury/insurance clauses in there too.

This is my speculation:

We want the cap space and said to Grant out of loyalty we will make X offer so you can stay. We won't mind if you take off though and understand. You have our best wishes.

This Randolph kid is seriously being overrated.

As untouchable as Kobe, Lebron, Dwight? Give me a break...

It looks like the the kid may have some potential but lets wait until he actually does something before anybody even jokes about him being untouchable.

Last I checked he's struggling to find minutes on a lottery team.

Untouchable? Okay...How about " Guy GSW just is not gonna trade at this time". It's maybe a better fit but more words. What would be the POINT? To get...younger? To get lower $ contract? Longer?

I figure if the Clips offered Griffin and Gordon.....GSW would say yes pretty quick. But that offer has not been made. The other stuff..doesn't cut it.
CENSORED... No comment.
