David Griffin says Rebuilding isn't what the suns are doing, it's more of a RELOADING.... i like that word

and that Amare will be a big part of what the suns are doing

Gotta give Amare credit for having a label but not rapping, can't stand athletes trying to be musicians. Good going big guy :)

Yeah I watched it, was nothing too insightful. Griff insisted that sarver has been very generous with his spending and pointed out that our team had the highest returning payroll going into the off season, and said that doesn't work out well for a 46 win team so things needed to change.

I guess theres a point there in a sense, although with the coaching situation and amare's injury its hard to read much into our 46 wins.

Also said he respected nash's decision to wait before signing an extension with us, said something like 'that's what we love about nash, above all else he wants to win'.

God I wish they would give Kerr the boot and promote Griff to GM. Every time I see an interview of his, I realize how perfect he is. He has the likability that Kerr has(despite all the hatred we have for him destroying our team and all) and the knowledge of college/NBA players to target potential and he knows the game and I think he has the balls to stick to a plan. I'd much rather give him a shot than continue letting Kerr demolish this team(well in fairness he got a HUGE assist from D'Antoni)

On the contrary i think Griff's been the mastermind behind the majority of these moves...Kerr's just the handsome face, the mouthpiece.
