Another Duds?!?

"We're playing well. You always want to get better and you never say never (regarding a move). But we're playing well.''

Smells of BS but I don't want to get my hopes up regarding a trade. It's more likely we'll stay put for now.

Approximately $10m/year thru the 2012-2013 season.

ouch - but I liked him back when I was watching a lot of Clippers games, that year they played us in the playoffs.
If we took him off their hands and got picks and AR, Beans ... and they took JRich back

If AR gets traded somewhere else, and they were willing to give him to us for Amare, I will NEVER forgive Kerr.

If Kerr manages to pull a AR, Beans, Claxton, 1st for Amare I think ill cry tears of joy, call it the happiest moment of my life, and make a shrine to Kerr

If Kerr can unload Amare and get AR back even if means taking on Maggettes contract he should be GM of the year for that.

I'm not sure if GS is allowed to trade their 1st since they owe a conditional 1st rounder to the nets that spans 2011-2013. Still, I'd be happy if we only got AR, Beans, and filler.

That's definitely worth it.

Offer Stoudemire (who will will walk out in 2010) + future second rounder.

And get a couple of their bad contracts such as Magette.

Just to nab A.Randolph.

He'd be a pretty darn good PF or C with Nash.

Heres one for the masses....

Stat / Tucker / MMoore to NJ
Yi to GS
AR / Boone / Najera / Simmons / NJ later 1st (Dallas') or try for theirs top 3 protected.... to Phnx

I think NJ makes a good trading partner for Stat... had a trio with the Clips where we got Yi and Camby, but couldn't seem to make the Clips happy. Some one else give it a shot.

Okay, when the US economy was sinkin and dying you didn't quite see the President go up and act like the world was coming to an end. People in leadership positions have to be optimistic. I mean not to say this Suns team completely sucks and needs to rebuild immediately, but just because Kerr says he's happy doesn't mean he's: 1) Overjoyed with keeping this team, or 2) Wanting to tank the season and start over. It's simply a sane PR move to be optimistic and show confidence in your team. What would we be saying if we saw Kerr on tv pullin his hair out, cryin cuz the future and postseason look a lil shady? Exactly. Him being optimistic is just part of his job, or else he just wouldn't be there. I doubt there's many GM's out there that bad mouth their team explicitly.

No, he just called an emergency congressional session to cram a unprecedented bailout bill down our throats to protect their interests. The world did not end, but a mighty blow was levied against capitalism, the very core of our existence.
