Hopefully there's some carry over from this game to the Cleveland game.

The real test comes Monday against the Cavs, they were playing a Wizards team that shot 36% on a back to back...

Test? What are you talking about? We have played 26 games already! Test? We have beaten Mia, Atl, Bos, Orl, Sas, Hou, played, Lakers Twice, Den, Por, Dal, Cleve.....What the hell are you talking about? Had Den, Por and Dal on the road. Our bad losses have come on B2B's. We are a good team, like it or not.

Test............ :nonono: :nonono:

Good teams don't win championships, and usually don't exit the first round.

Either Gentry's a nice guy and giving him a chance to up his free agent stock, or we're gonna trade him.

Gentry rewards hard work.

Nobody's taking Tucker.

Maybe Gentry is playing Tucker over EC knowing this is probably his last season in the NBA. I just don't see any team picking him up after his contract ends.

Look at Mac spittin fire   these people have no faith, never hope for the best, glass half (or mostly) empty kind of people. Instead of we are a good team who have had a few bad games (i said good not great, dont get crazy haters), they think we suck and had a few good games against good teams, dosnt matter that we have taken care of almost all the teams we should like the Wiz, unlike last year when we lost ot any and everybody on a given night. I like our team..... I wouldnt mind a few tweaks if it makes us more competitive like any other fan but we are dangerous when we are hitting our shots, and that has happened a lot this year.

I'd say we're above average. I'll admit we've done some great things so far this season but good teams don't blow double digit leads on a regular basis.

in the Portland situation, all we needed to do is hit a couple big shots in some situations (during thier runs) to stop them. With Richardson healthy or Barbs healthy, i think we would have done that. We were out of wack, and trying new things against the Blazers in the fourth quarter, and i think one of them being there to man up and take big shots when everyone else clammed up would have been big. Nash cant save us all the time, Amare cant either, and Grant is usually not a 4th quarter kind of player (he is a little old and maby dosnt have quite the legs in the 4th), thats why Dudley finishes games. I thing that should have been a Richardson or Barbosa moment in the 4th when we matched fire with fire, since we couldnt play defense. Also Barbs would have been energy off the bench, maby a little defensive pressure and pestering....less open shots for Bayless. Dont worry we will be ok.

There's no using the injury excuse against the most injured team in the NBA. If they had Rudy Fernandez, Travis Outlaw, Greg Oden, and whoever else was out then we would have never been in the game to begin with.

It could be that and it's also likely that Tuck works harder in practice than EC and Gentry rewards effort. Plus over the three years he's been here everybody on the team loves the guy. So I'd think they want to give him whatever time they can so they can either trade him or let him show what he can do for a Euro job.
Tough to get so close to the summit and not make it. I remember a coach sitting me down and telling me - and I was so dumb I need being told - that the next college game I watched, think about the fact that maybe 1 or 2 players out of the two teams would get a real shot at the NBA.
And that the next NBA game i watched, think about the fact that every player on the bench for both teams was probably the best player on his high school or college team. So where did I think I fit in?
I cried my eyes out.

+1

We're a good team that could be one step up if we didn't shoot ourselves in the foot the way we do.
There's the elite group - LAL, Boston, CLE - then the rest of us in the good-but-not-great bracket, then the pack.
We won;t be in the elite until we add an effective big - one that works for our system, bringing defensive and rebounding, but doesn't require us to change it. My model for that is Wilt or Kareem with the Lakers. Now that we can play good half-court we're much closer to being able to compete at the top level. Great as SSOL was, we really were lost if a team like SAS could slow the game down.

A kid like M Gasol or Noah would be nice. Some of us dig Sean Williams. As it stands I think, unless Frolo steps up, we ought to use Collins more often.

Good win by the suns glad to see Amare have another good rebounding game, man it's funny how were so good at home and don't play so well on the road hope we fix our road problems soon :). Still kind of upset over that portland loss... man we should have had that one. But just keep winning at home and we will make the playoffs which is all that matters.

Listen, you can play the "what if?" game ad nauseum but it won't matter. It's an L and that's that.

Still, if Rudy was healthy he would have dug into Bayless' mins and may have hampered his career night. Outlaw? Haha. And I like what Oden is SLOWLY developing into... a 8-10ppg, 10rpg, 2bpg post defensive presence... but he would not have contributed to a blowout by any stretch.

Give our guys some credit.
