Suns riddle: The invisible man

Post#1 » by MaryvalesFinest » Sat Jan 9, 2010 9:19 pm

It's amazing how players can be in the right or wrong spot at times. If they were on a certain team or got the opportunity they could have been totally different players. Throughout the years take a look at alot of the mid-late first rounders and even second round drafted player who were thought of as the last guys on the bench but when they got the chance to play they proved they can play in this league and even become stars. Than you look at scrubs who shouldn't even be in the league getting playing time over those guys because of certain reasons. Sure some of those players turned out to be busts but we would never have known if they didn't get any playing time.

The NBA is a game where players can make a name for themselves but if the coach doesn't like a player for some reason and doesn't play him it can cost the player his career and he can be out of the league and considered a bust even though he might be a very talented player he just never got the opportunity to play.

Anyone want to guess who this relates to?

I wish we'd trade Earl Clark already so we can stop going on about how amazing he is, though he's only been garbage thus far.

Where's Earl Clarks minutes going to come from? I'd rather Hills minutes go to dudley. I guess you can have him take some of Amundsons minutes.

I just think that he hasn't really established himself in the Suns game yet. It's not easy for a rookie to instantly understand the Suns offense and know where to be at certain times.

Maybe Amundson or someone will get injured giving him some minutes. But tbh I'm not worried with playing Earl Clark.

Agree with you totally, I'd rather see Lou, Dudley and Hill get the minutes over Earl. I look forward to him playing a major role in our team eventually (maybe even this season).. but right now he doesn't give our team the best chance at a win. Hopefully, he's looking at what lou and duds did to get minutes so they could prove themselves and that's hustle relentlessly. If he has half the heart of either one of those guys he'll be a special player.

Aaaand I just realized that seeing as how I made that video for a class that happened two semesters ago, I should probably take it down now. I'm sure some of you can manage to find me on facebook though. Shouldn't be too hard if you're diligent lol.

I almost passed it in the search results, I always do when people do those "online blogs" and than I noticed the username to the side and think, can this be the same guy from RealGM?
