I don't think the Nets would trade Harris unless they knew they had locked up the first pick in the draft.

i think the best trade for amare should come from the Nets... just wait till the offseason and see if they do lock up the number 1 they nab john wall... then ship harris, yi + fillers for amare... then we figure what to do with nash next lol

Trouble is Amare isn't the "right piece" for the nets.

This is probably realistic.

I would think so. Yi + Lee + the pick... Lee was alot better when he was on a good team. Great defender too. I'd take him over LB in his current state in a heartbeat. Especially if we got the pick.

How so? Or is it because Amare can't be the right piece anywere?

Amare/JJ/Harris would make a promosing core. The only need to give Yi to GS for cap to make it happen. BrookLopez/Amare/TerrenceWilliams/JJ/Harris would be a great starting 5 that can hide Amare's deficiency on defense. They still have CDR, Lee, Dooling.

I disagree, I think Amare would be the right piece for the Nets. Maybe not the ideal like a LBJ or Wade but I doubt the Nets will be able to snag either of them.

If you don't, why are you bringing up my username in almost every post of yours?

You're like MVF this, MVF that, come on let it go dude

I only bring it up in instances that call for it. For example, when you make a completely idiotic statement. This happens about 100 times or more a day, so my responses including your name are actually pretty low in relation to how much bile spews from your brain.

Outside of Brolo and their pick, I'm not really blown away with the talent on the Nets team and since both are considered untradeable (unless they bomb out with a no.5 pick or something) I think we could do better than trading with the Nets. Harris is a nice young player with a fair amount of potential, but until Nash is gone, he's not going to get the PT he needs to blossom.

However it would be easier to deal with them since Amare seems to like the future of the Nets.

I don't think so either, but they will still be happy to overpay him and make him out to be the right piece if they don't think they can land an LBJ, Wade or Bosh.

I have a feeling Wade is going to resign and Bosh is going to sign with Miami. I think they have the cap space to sign both players if they both take a little less than max. I think LBJ is going to stay.

i think it would be pretty amazing if Lebron James did something completely unexpected and went to some random team instead of the few that have been talked about. everyone's heads would explode.

What is the fascination with Yi? He will never be a special player.

Obviously New Jersey wouldn't trade us the #1 pick if they got it or trade an unprotected pick. And even if they didn't want John Wall, the Suns might be (Please Use More Appropriate Word) enough to not want Wall and keep Nash.

If I had to trade Amare to New Jersey I would want Brook and play him at PF next to Robin. Our version of the twin towers.

Most of their available cap space will be taken by Amare leaving them with open positions to fill with quality FA's. Would KG alone been the answer for the C's? Nope!!!!!
