Of course Frank sings a different tune when LB is healthy, hitting 3's and driving to the basket.

I used to think Barbs was one of the best contracts we had for what he gives... but no more, healthy or not. He's a 7 mill per back up SG.... on most any team. He hasn't progressed in the past 2 yrs. I'd bet his next deal will be <= 3.5mil as we've seen the best he has to offer.

Still like the guy though, and hope he gets back into form before the end of the yr.

PS... my point was more to display an over rating of Barbs to the rest of the league. Look around and find a team that really needs him for 7 mil... I think he is safely a Sun for a while.

oops... edit again... was redundant

I like barbs. I want to see him back; he definitely should be starting when he comes back from injury.

LA could use him as a scorer off the bench, their bench stinks.

Only problem is they have nothing that they would ever offer for him that wasn't worse than worthless. I'd rather have Griffin playing 30 minutes a night than have anyone from the Lakers bench, aside from Odom, on our roster
